Don’t leave it too late

People do not like thinking about death – that’s only human and I’m not different to anyone else. But it does no harm to simply acknowledge the fact even just for the short period it takes to make a Will and then get back to thinking about life. An example of what I’m talking about was a guy who was ill but absolutely refused to think or talk about death and that included Wills. When he did die, everything went to his wife – who was also ill. When she died – because neither he or she had made Wills – everything went to her family. The consequence was a great deal of anger, which was directed not at the law, or the lawyers but at the person himself for not doing anything to protect his family.
